‘Safety on the Road’ for pupils of Poelkapelle

SITRA Group attaches a great deal of importance to road safety and the image of the transport sector. Through frequent demonstrations at schools we hope to drastically reduce the number of blind spot accidents.

On Wednesday 14 June we stopped off at primary school ‘De Ooievaar’ in Poelkapelle to introduce 3rd through 6th year pupils to the dangerous zones around trucks. After a short theory lesson on blind spot accidents we gave a number of practical tips in and around the truck itself.
