We're proud to introduce Albert Keijzer BV's first electric truck, the E-Actros 600 LS, which will hit the road this November as part of our responsibility towards sustainable transport. As a leading international logistics company, we are dedicated to driving positive change through innovative technology and targeted CO2 reduction strategies, minimizing our environmental footprint.
In collaboration with our customer Cosun Beet Company, we'll gain insights into electric operations, from efficient charging and logistics to cost savings. While the initial investment in EVs is higher, the long-term benefits include lower energy expenses and reduced tolls, particularly with the upcoming 🇳🇱 toll system in July 2026. Boasting a 500 km range and a 50-tonne gross combination weight, the E-Actros 600 is perfectly suited for domestic routes. This pilot project will deliver essential learnings to inform our ongoing investments in eco-friendly mobility.
