Drivers at Sitra, our Training Academy
| Drivers at Sitra stand for professionalism and outstanding driving qualities. To guarantee this each driver undergoes thorough training for three months before they can start work. This training is both theoretical and practical.

Our planners - everything starts with reliable and meticulous planning
| Sitra's beating heart is the call centre, where our planners are continuously working on planning and monitoring the projects as accurately as possible. This is where orders arrive from all over Europe. The planners check all the instructions on the transport contract while ensuring compliance with all legal and social obligations.
For each order the planners enter the order in our own IT system according to the instructions and requirements of each customer. They take account of the availability of trucks, required volumes, any cleaning at specialised cleaning stations with associated certificates, etc. The system in turn automatically sends a message to each branch with Planning then checks which driver can load, transport and unload this load. A planner at Sitra is The more effectively our planners work, the better the price for the customer.

Garage personnel
Sitra has its own garage service, its own truck wash for external cleaning and its own breakdown service at the headquarters in Ypres. We work closely with specialised service providers. Experienced truck mechanics maintain and repair our trucks and prepare them for technical inspections. Our fleet consists of several hundred trucks and semi-trailers. |
Administrative staff
Ateam of administrative staff offers support for the drivers. This team ensures the daily follow-up of the positions of all drivers, and supplies them with the correct travel routes. These people also check the transport documents, fuelling locations and the management of credit cards and mobile phones. A technical team carries out daily technical controls of the vehicles and provides the driver with the necessary material, auxiliary parts and vehicle documents. This allows for all transport assignments to be carried out with the utmost quality and efficiency.
